Sit on Top and Canoe and Kayak Fishing

A Kayak Fisherman

Firstly it is possible for paddlesport coaches to provide a good introduction to SOT activity and while this doesn’t necessarily need to be through the BCU Star Awards, Paddlepower, and Paddlesport Start Awards and the BCU 1 – 3 Star Awards can all accommodate SOT activity if encouraging milestones to learning and progression.

Alternatively, SOT paddlers and Canoe and Kayak Anglers can be directed to other options that can all encourage a better understanding of paddlesport, improved skills development, and safety;
