Canoe England is pleased to announce that a new round of CECG funding, totalling £1,500,000, has been made available to us from Sport England.
What for?
It is anticipated that the funding will be distributed to community clubs along the following headings:
1. £800k to develop up to four hub clubs
2. £60k to enhance facilities for up to eight clubs
3. £60k to secure tenure for up to four clubs
4. £100k to support up to twelve canoe trails
5. £280k for equipment (ergos/site/discipline specific)
6. Minimum grant £10k
The CECG fund is opening for new applications on Monday, 25th March 2013 and is closing on Wednesday, 31st July 2013
