Performance standards and performer development models ensure an integrated and networked approach to providing well defined pathways to paddler / coach performance right across the performance continuum. As part of this, Canoe England has a network of Regional and Area Coaching Representatives (previously known as RCOs and LCOs).
BCU Coaching UK is committed to a policy of providing a quality product via a quality assured service which is open and informative, prompt and efficient, cost effective and well managed.
All who may wish to gain access to the BCU Coaching UK coach education and training programme can do so via an effective, geographically balanced network of centres, Regional and Area Coaching Representatives and BCU Contratced Course Providers.
